The foolishness in thinking that us modern humans need an indoor gym or Cross-Fit to get into or maintain proper physical form. Where and when did we lose our way? Logic would have each of us live as you were designed by nature?

Below are a pair of Aboriginals. The Aboriginals of Australia are the oldest living culture in the world. Their overall health came from and was built by nature. Nothing modern-man ever gave them, improved them. The truth is, everything the outsiders gave them made them less of who they were and more of who we were then and are now – less self-reliant and diseased.

My dad taught my brother and I when we were very young, no is going to take care of you, but you – ever! It’s too bad that the Aboriginal people of Australia weren’t just left to BE. So sad. We destroy everything we touch.

Two Njamal, Aboriginal men from Western Australian circa early 1900's

From the Battye Library of Western Australia, this photo was taken in the early 20th century and shows two Njamal men whose heights were recorded at 6’7″ and 6’5”.

This is how you look when you live in nature. You only eat local and seasonal food, including seafood. You are muscular and strong without the aid of a gym. Your skin and hair are shiny and healthy because they receive sunshine all day, every day, and nothing but firelight or moonlight after sunset. The melanin of your skin, hair, and eyes harvest sunlight (UV, visible, and IR) information and energy for seasonal cellular metabolism, which keeps your uncoupled mitochondria operating smoothly. This increases longevity, vitality, and resilience. You walk barefoot and sleep on the earth, and benefit from the stronger magnetic field at night time, which helps to program your cellular metabolism. You wake and sleep based on the seasonal cycle of night and day, creating a perfect circadian rhythm. You live your life, throughout your life, as nature dictates and you are not susceptible to modern man’s A-Z list of chronic diseases. This is who you are and this is how you are designed to live. The further away you go, the poorer you feel and operate. Choice, which is all you can completely control, is yours and only yours to make. So, what do you choose?

Aboriginal children with perfect teeth and dental arches

The picture above will add an even deeper context to this post. Look at their teeth and dental arches – THEY’RE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. No Crest, fluoride/fluoride treatments, electric toothbrushes, floss, regular dental check-ups or x-rays… Weston Price DDS wrote a lot on this topic (teeth and health) for those that aren’t familiar with his work.

Now you know one of the secrets to health and vitality, walk and live as you were designed by nature.
