Even though this is December, this is the latest reported data on “Infection fatality rate of COVID-19 inferred from seroprevalence data.” Basically, if you’re under 70, non-diabetic, or obese, your chance of dying if you contract COVID-19 is about ZERO.
Quote: “For people < 70 years old, the infection fatality rate of COVID-19 across 40 locations with available data ranged from 0.00% to 0.31% (median 0.05%); the corrected values were similar.”
My point is not to discount this pandemic, but to merely make the point of – WHY NOW? Why now, after 100 years, are we reacting so differently to an issue that has repeatedly played out? In those cases, the response was a 100th of what is happening today. It makes you go, hmm.
